Q. Where are you located?  

A. We are located in Centereach, NY. We are not a walk-in dessert shop. 

 

Q. How can I place an order? 

A. You can place an order by email, Facebook message, or Instagram message. Full payment is required to secure a date.

Q. What payments do you accept?

A. Currently, we only accept Cash or payments by Zelle or Venmo for orders. 

​

Q. Do you have ready made desserts available for pick up?

A. No, all of the desserts at Little Juliette's Sweet Tooth Co. are made to order. 

 

Q. How far ahead do I need to place my order?

A. We request all customers place an order at least 3 weeks in advance. We can try our best to accommodate orders placed with less notice, however there are no guarantees. Please contact us to make sure your date is available and there are no issues.

Q. Where can I find your pricing?

A. Please contact us for pricing. Pricing varies depending on the design elements, size and flavor, so it would not be practical to list pricing for every dessert we are capable of doing.

Q. Is there an order minimum?

A. There may be a minimum depending on the item. Please check item descriptions on our menu page for more information.

Q. Are the flavors, fillings, and desserts listed on your menu all that you offer?

A. No. If you have a flavor, filling, or dessert in mind that you do not see listed, please contact us and we can try to accommodate you.

Q. Do you make desserts for people with allergies or  special diets?

A. Unfortunately, we do not support special diets at this time. Our desserts are also not allergen free. They are created in a facility utilizing dairy, nuts and wheat. Some products do/may contain peanuts, tree nuts, nut oils, dairy, wheat, and/or soy.

Q. Do you make custom cakes or wedding cakes?

A. We do not offer wedding or tiered cakes. Currently, we do not offer custom cakes however, we are planning to roll out our cake menu soon!

Q. Do you deliver?

A. We do deliver depending on your order & location. Please contact us as there may be an additional delivery fee.

Q. Do I need to refrigerate my dessert? 

A. Most desserts featuring buttercream do not need to be refrigerated unless it has a fruit, mousse or custard filling. Desserts with whipped cream & cream cheese MUST be refrigerated until served. Do not leave any desserts in the car or outside for a prolonged time during warm weather months.

Q. I have a business and would like to collaborate. Is that possible? 

A. Yes, please send an email to littlejuliettessweettoothco@gmail.com. We are open to all business possibilities.

Q. What is your cancellation or refund policy?

A. We prepare ourselves accordingly to have the ingredients and labor needed to complete your order. We understand that no one can be sure that events will continue as planned, however, as a business we have to plan as though they are going to happen. We want our customers to have exactly what they requested ready at time of pick up or delivery. We are a small business, therefore, we are not able to absorb the losses of some cancellations.

 

If we have not yet spent any money or significant time on your order, we can give a 100% refund. If we have purchased supplies/ingredients specific to your order that we can't use on another order or might expire, we will refund you minus the cost of such things. If we have spent time in planning, shopping and preparing your order, we will refund you minus the cost of labor.  

 

Rescheduling for a later date is an option ONLY if outside of the 7 day window of your event/pickup/delivery date.  

 

If we must cancel your order for some emergency on our end, we will refund you 100% and notify you as soon as possible.

Q. Do you follow any safety precautions?

A. We are following applicable CDC, FDA, and USDA guidelines. Here are also some actions we are taking:
